Suzanne uses her expert knowledge of contract, insurance and ERISA law to challenge insurance coverage disputes, claim denials and inadequate appeals. From  2016 onward, Suzanne has resolved hundreds of claims and recovered millions of dollars in medical reimbursement for out-of-network healthcare providers and facilities. Gottuso Law, a NJ law firm, works on a contingent fee arrangement, which means we get paid only if we are able to secure a successful outcome for you. Each client's claims are uploaded to our client portal and a lawyer reviews each file to evaluate the claims as to their merit.
